Attestation is the statement. TrustMark is the signature.

Each upload is its own version. A new file does not inherit an old mark.

The QR opens only for recruiters at verified companies.

What it is

A signature on one file.

The platform signs the PDF with a standard digital signature and adds a cover page with a QR code. A rewritten date, a swapped page, or a re-exported file breaks the signature.

The mark is not a logo you can paste onto another file.

Versions: Marking v2 leaves v1 as it was. Archived versions stay in the candidate’s library.
A year: A TrustMark expires after a year and stops verifying. The candidate marks the résumé again.

Two steps

Attestation and TrustMark are separate.

Attestation is the candidate’s own statement, recorded with their typed name. TrustMark is the platform’s signature, and only a SNAP-verified candidate can get one. A QR-looking stamp is not enough: every scan re-checks the signature on our side.

Checking

Recruiters at verified companies only.

Scanning the QR asks for a recruiter sign-in at an organization that proved its business, its domain, and its founder. The recruiter sees the name, that the person is verified, and whether the file is intact. Anyone else sees nothing.

A genuine mark answers two questions at once: is this the signed file, and does it belong to a verified person?

What people ask.

Does a TrustMark prove identity?: It ties the file to a SNAP-verified person. SNAP does the proving.
What if I upload a new résumé?: It is a new version. Attest and mark it separately. The old version stays unless you archive it.
Can I copy the mark onto another PDF?: No. The signature covers that file. A different file fails the check.
Who can scan it?: Signed-in recruiters at verified companies. Anyone else sees nothing.
