Prove the person. Sign the résumé. Let recruiters check.

Candidates complete government ID and liveness through SNAP. TrustMark signs one résumé version to that identity. Recruiters at verified companies scan it and see the person is real.

Recruiters see that the person is verified, never the ID.

An edited or swapped résumé fails the mark.

Only signed-in recruiters at verified companies can open it.

For employers
Order of work

Proof, mark, share, check.

Proof identity
SNAP: government ID and liveness, run by CertiPath.
Mark the résumé
The candidate attests a version. The platform signs the file.
Share it
The signed PDF goes out with the résumé. The QR travels with it.
Check
A signed-in recruiter scans the QR and sees the result.

Identity

SNAP is the gate.

Candidates complete government ID and a liveness check through SNAP (CertiPath). The documents and the photo from that check stay with SNAP. SnapRecruit stores the result: verified, and since when.

No SNAP pass, no TrustMark. An unfinished check is not a failed one.

TrustMark

A signature on one résumé version.

Attestation is the candidate’s typed statement that a version is truthful. TrustMark is the platform signature on that file, bound to the verified identity. Change the file after signing and the mark fails.

Each TrustMark lasts a year. After that, the candidate marks the résumé again.

Who can check

Recruiters at verified companies. No one else.

Scanning a TrustMark asks for a recruiter sign-in. The recruiter must belong to an organization that proved its business, its domain, and its founder. Anyone else learns nothing about the candidate.

Recruiters see the name, that the person is verified, and whether the file is intact. They never see identity documents.

For employers

Register once. Invite your recruiters.

A company registers with its legal name, EIN, and domain. A DNS record proves the domain, and the founder completes SNAP. Then the admin invites recruiters by work email. Each invite only works for the address it was sent to, and the admin can revoke it.
